We are elated to share that our friend and colleague Camille NeSmith was published by the Veterans Law Journal in its latest volume. In her article, Camille discusses Gudinas v. McDonough, 54 F.th 716 (Fed. Cir. 2022), and explains in a clear, informative and user-friendly manner how the holding will affect Board adjudication of 38 C.F.R. § 3.156(b) “new and material evidence” when the underlying claims have no apparent connection. Camille’s contribution addresses an often-times tricky area of Veterans law, and will be exceptionally helpful to the entire Board! On behalf of all your friends at Local 17 and our BUEs, congratulations and thank you Camille, for your outstanding work!
